This website (www.mstsudan.com) is operated by MST Sudan (referred to below as “MST”, “we”, “us” or “our”), the authorized HONOR agent in the Republic of Sudan.

Anyone visiting or using the website is referred to as the “user” or “you”. By continuing to browse the website or use any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use.

MST reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time to the extent permitted by law. Updates will be published on this page with the last revision date. We recommend reviewing the terms regularly. Continued use after a change is published signifies your awareness and acceptance of it.

3. Website information and operation

MST operates and manages this website from Port Sudan, Red Sea State, Sudan. It is intended to serve users in Sudan. - Content relating to HONOR products, services and trademarks belongs to HONOR or its licensors and is used by MST in its capacity as an authorized agent.

- MST content, such as the About Us, Warranty Check and Support Centers pages and their contents, belongs to MST or is licensed to it.

Except as expressly provided in these terms, you may not use website content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from MST and, for HONOR content, from HONOR.

You may download product and service information provided that you comply with the following:

1. Use the information only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Make no changes to the information.

3. Make no additional representations or warranties about the information or the documents containing it.

4. Do not remove any statements or notices identifying MST’s or HONOR’s ownership of the information or any rights in it.
